The Wrath of Trog

If you haven't read the latest entry on the Beaumont Underground blog, go here and read this now.

Personal note to Trog: I'd love to get a copy of all those postings and IP addresses; please email me.

Here are some purely personal observations.

I'm absolutely convinced that Philip R. Klein wrote these obscene postings, because too many similarities exist in Klein's writing style and these vulgar comments. Here is just one example:
[Obscenity deleted]?????????????????
Note the question marks and compare with similar examples taken directly from the Southeast Texas Political Review:
It is a great excuse to take a day off and enjoy this problem in Global Warming! Right???????????????
Do you think the media might have some trust issues??????????
SO HOW DID YOU ARRIVE AT A $2.0 MILLION FIGURE “Good old boy Deal” ????????
Answer...How about BOTH SIDES of the story??????
Where to start?????????
Can't we all get along???????
SIDE NOTE : We wonder if there is any nepotism????????
And you want to???? Not vote???????
You just got a 12% raise. For doing???????
Answer :    Maybe?????? WOW!
Wow! Do we have a media cover up going?????
...a focus on crime again in Port Arthur Texas?????
Somebody's lying????????
Another million? Or so????????
This are more of Philip's grammatical tells in those obscene postings.

In response to Trog's revelation, Philip posted another of his many spurious and suspect documents to his reader mail page today and made this brief and enigmatic statement:
Well - my Blackberry started blowing up on Saturday afternoon with emails. "Klein - you have to go read Trog!" - I didn't. So when I got back to the office this morning a copy of Trog's post was on my desk by one of my staff after she was called late Friday night about it. Ya know - I had to laugh. And said really? I think Kelly and Bob will get it after they read this PDF file. No apologies Trog - the noose just got a little tighter.
Nowhere does Philip R. Klein deny making those comments.

Here's the punch line: the PDF document was created on Saturday afternoon, confirmed by the document properties (see image on the right). If Klein didn't see this posting until this morning as he claims, then why was this PDF document created on Saturday? Liar, liar, pants on fire.

While the document is purportedly a sworn affidavit, Philip intentionally obscured the jurat. As such, this is not a sworn affidavit properly notarized and signed, but merely a piece of fiction badly written by Philip R. Klein. The circumstances described in the document are approximately the same as the litany of complaints found on Klein's current lawsuit page, although I noticed that in this document, the size of the conspiracy is growing and Philip invented some new technical details.

Since I'm not a computer tech, I emailed a copy of Klein's document to a friend of mine to check the validity of these details. This person is a Cisco-certified systems engineer and knows a little about networking.

While I usually avoid quoting anonymous sources, I thought readers might enjoy his direct response as much as I did:
This was the funniest thing I've seen in the past month!!! Thanks for sharing...everything in this is pure nonsense and you can't spoof an IP address this way. Without getting technical, Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) automatically filters out traffic with spoofed IP addresses, based on sequence numbers that must be negotiated with the remote machine to maintain a connection. It can't be done the way it's described here.

Maybe he's talking about spoofed email addresses which are a lot more common...but look at the part about the "Trojan Horse server." There is no such thing...a trojan horse is a piece of software, not hardware. This makes no sense at all!  It looks to me like this guy just made all this up and doesn't know what any of this means.
As I've noted before, Philip has a history of manipulating documents for fun and profit. In my article on Saturday, I mentioned this incident. There are many other examples, including a purported "illegal filing" by District Attorney Tom Maness from February.

Philip's grammatical tells and fake affidavit are just a couple of the reasons why I believe Philip R. Klein wrote those obscene postings. I'm sure we'll revisit this in coming days.

Does anyone know if the Texas Association of Investigators (or whatever their called) has a ethic or moral code that investigators must follow? If so maybe they should reconsider having Klein as a member.

Anyone who knows Klein knows he wrote that crap.
