God.....it was like you were waiting for Chuck Barras from the Gong Show to come out and hit the gong watching the "Redistricting" public hearing yesterday at Lamar University. Really - it was hard to watch all of the whining crying democrats cry about how they just don't have representation? It made many in the audience simply giggle and walk out. And some on the panel had to be sitting there knowing that not only was it not going to go the democrats way this cycle - it was fixing to get worse. And all the GOP members could do is sit there and look at their watches.Philip meant Chuck Barris and no one "simply giggled and walked out."
Nowhere in Klein's juvenile rant does he address the subject of this panel: while the Southeast Texas metro of Hardin, Jefferson and Orange counties has three state reps, no U.S. House representative actually lives here. This was a direct result of the 2003 redistricting, the second in one decade.
Instead, Philip R. Klein ridicules the speakers with personal insults:
The first contestant was a democrat named Paul Entrekin - he wants proper representation back...And Jefferson County is owned and operated by the Jefferson County Democrats? Hey Paul - what representation are you talking about? More democrats? You don't like Ted Poe? Or maybe.....Gong. Sorry buddy. Your argument means nothing.Speaking of arguments that mean nothing and looking stupid, don't miss PRK's weekly filler tomorrow morning on Fox 4 KBTV.
Then came Gilbert Adams - gong. We like him but gong. Gong Gong. Where is Nipsy when you need him....speaking of which...here comes the NAACP.
Here comes Paul Jones with the NAACP. He just doesn't want party interest to .... well....muck up the process. GONG! The NAACP has never supported a republican candidate. So go sit down Mr. Jones - you just looked stupid.
On a closing note, Philip and Chuck Barris both have some things in common. In his book "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind," Chuck once claimed to have worked for the CIA.

Gus, this came from the KFDM site:
... and if you really want a laugh, read www.setpoliticalreview.com
Since when are Driver's Licenses required if you're a registered voter with a voter card? Freakin' nutcase...
channel 4 should open up the comments on the philip klein videos.
Phil didn't talk about how his pal David Bellow spoke before the panel and got lost in his own argument as Deshotel and Carol Alvarado shamed him. Beautiful!
IF all the GOP could do was sit there and look at there watches, why didn't they simply giggle and walk out? As usual, Filup's crap doesn't make sense.
PRK can't stand bellow because they're identical.
Fillup's twisted thinking surfaces once more:
He says dynamic GOPers are poised to take over Jefferson County but he scoffs at redistricting because they are not to be trusted in Austin and Washington. So this corner of Southeast Texas is best represented by politicians from Kingwood, Conroe and The Woodlands?
BREAKING NEWS: In the race for County Judge, Philip R. Klein surges ahead of Jeff Brannick in Precinct 5.
I thought Klein worked for the FBI? Was it the CIA?
Campaign turning ugly, Brannick commercials showing Klein knocking down children & the elderly while trying to get to the buffet table.
The "I just made it up" express is really rolling. County-wide tour planned.
Brupmpt bump!
Well I think Mr. Klein should take himself off the air at Fox 4. The FCC is conducting an investigation but Mr. Klein is still editing their stories:
