Philip R. Klein: Pants on Fire

Philip R. Klein wrote in his latest article:
Now here is how really stupid the Record is – we never filed a lawsuit – we filed a 202 – which is not a lawsuit. It is a fact finding opportunity to see if there is a case for a lawsuit.
PRK finally got this correct – almost three  years after the fact.

Now here is how really stupid Philip R. Klein is. He now expects readers to believe that he never referenced this petition as a lawsuit.

As just one example, Klein put up a page on his site which ran throughout the proceedings. In the first paragraph, he wrote: :
This past September, PRK Enterprises, Inc., the parent company of the Southeast Texas Political Review, filed a lawsuit against Google, Inc., as well as the owners and operators of Blogger.com, Operation Kleinwatch blog, and Sam The Eagle (et.al.) blog. This lawsuit is a cumulative result post investigation and cooperation with the said investigation with the Federal Government regarding these said sites and those to who operate them.
Of course, we now know that the federal government never conducted an investigation and that Philip R. Klein never tracked email or IP addresses – he just made it up.

After we busted Philip for lying under oath and his whole case fell apart like a house of cards, he pulled the link.

Now here is how really stupid Philip R. Klein is. While the link to Philip’s lawsuit page  no longer exists, the page is still there. This is a direct and anonymous link to Philip’s lawsuit page, where readers can see for themselves who the real liar is.

You may want to check this quickly, because I’m sure Philip will pull the page completely as soon as he finds out I’ve busted him again.

Credibility doesn’t come from signing your name, especially if that name is Kleinzilla.

"It is introduced in court for the first time that Brent Coon's office had been placed under surveillance by Klein and that clear evidence was obtained showing an employee of Coon's was working on one of the sites. As well, an IP address from an email (see above) was tracked to Coon's office and the email itself referenced 'BC'."

Was that Philip I saw mowing Brent's lawn over the week-end?

If you think he's pissed off now Gus, wait until he signs a check to your lawyer.

Fascinating that Kliar continues to rag on people who "don't sign their names." Find an editorial ANYWHERE that is signed. It's written by the editorial board of the publication, Phil. Only OpEd pieces have by-lines.
But the most ridiculous thing is for all his moaning about "signing (his) name" to what he writes, when has he EVER... EVER named a source he's quoted? It's fine for Kliar to put his name on his screeds, although he tends to refer to "we" and "us" as if his employees share responsibility for his mania. But he never tells us who gives him all this great information he quotes.
Style tip: If you put it in quotation marks, Phil, that means someone ELSE said those words. Attribution is important.
Liar.

No one knows where the Southeast Texas Record came from?
under "About Us" the following: "The Southeast Texas Record is owned by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform." You can find their website here: http://www.instituteforlegalreform.com/
It's part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. It is a mouthpiece for tort reform, an issue that USED to be near and dear to Phil's heart.
I found all this out and I'm not even a licensed investigator!

Is it my imagination, or does Klein now think that "Mr. Coon" is the greatest thing since sliced white bread?

Nope, looks like that to me too. Paraphrasing PRK: "Sometimes life is too funny – hey Philip – pass the Koolaid?"

It's interesting what the threat of a felony charge of grand perjury will do to a fat man.

It would be nice to see Klein in jail. I always knew that someday Phil would pay for all his lies. Maybe his day of reckoning is about to arrive. I just can't see how this jerk can sleep at night, but when you drink as much rot gut whiskey as he does, he just passes out.

So Klein doesn't feel like he can get a fair shake in Jefferson County. If he would only realize that everyone dislikes a liar, cheat and outright scoundrel. What I don't understand is why he doesn't leave the area. He could move back to New Jersey. He could get a job being the double for Gov. Chris Christie. They look like twins!

Really filup, everyone knows there's not a lawyer in the world that would write to your "reader mail", well, except maybe John Morgan, but he's busy writing to other people now. Be careful mentioning Mr. Coon's name, even your flattering comments might violate the terms of the settlement.

I'd ask for my money back if I were "Brain Hawthorne."

How much is Klein's consulting fee for libeling a political opponent on the SETPR?

Anonymous said...

I bet Bugs Coe would know. I wonder if Klein ever gave him a refund?

Has anyone noticed that Klein now calls everyone and everything stupid.I guess he has to use that now that everyone knows that he is a liar and not stupid. Well on second thought he is a stupid liar. And remember that Underhill will be the next city manger in Port Arthur. Fred Thompson is the next president of the U.S. And some black Fellow is the chief of police in Beaumont.I guess he does hear and see things that the rest of us do not.I would say that he lives in a world with Daffy Duck And Fred Flintstone but I know that they would not let that fat wind bag into their world.

Anon 5:53 -

Filup's writing style has changed, hence "stupid". He's shellshocked and on the edge of a breakdown. After all, he's been proven a liar in a district court, the DA is reviewing possible charges and he's been thoroughly discredited. But of course, any attention is good for a narcissist so he'll merely reformulate himself for the next crusade.

Gus, don't forget to show Klair's check made out to Operation Kleinwatch.

so is hearing at 2 still on, or did he settle again?

Klein is a punk. He is scared as he should be. No doubt he has his big fat head so deep in alcohol right now. I can't wait intil he gets picked up for a DUI.
